About The Team

Helo Brazil Campaign & BD team (CO&BD) plays a critical role in planning platform-level operating creative campaigns and developing deep partnerships involving Helo and top-tier creators, users, media, brands, Universities, etc.

And we are looking for a business development specialist who will build solid partnerships and partner projects with us.

Responsibilities:

  • According to content strategy, align onboarding targets with crossfunction teams, make the approaching strategy, and invite target partners to join Helo and help them improve content and fanbase growth on Helo.
  • Develop deep partnerships in the entertainment industry, such as media, celebrities, labels, bands, organizations, musical universities, brands, MCNs, etc, in order to gain creator & content acquisition on Helo, and seek opportunities to make branding campaigns happen for each other by resource exchange.
  • Regularly visit target partners and hold offline workshops for them, in order to maintain the relationship with them, collect and share their feedback about Helo with related teams to improve product features and maintenance strategy.
  • Regularly monitor partners' content performance on Helo, find out and solve the pain points with the content team or product team quickly.
  • Make outplatform marketing plans to promote Helo trending topics and other main selling points, and improve awareness of Helo brand position and image.
  • At least 5 years of experience and wide connections in the entertainment industry, prioritize to media background with sales or marketing role.
  • Be good at business development & negotiation skills and project management, strong communication and coordination abilities are necessary.
  • Strong datadriven mindset and resultoriented sense
  • Excellent understanding of the social media, content platform ecosystem, entertainment industry, and creator industry.
