Você vai ocupar o cargo de Customer Experience Consultant Junior, onde o objetivo é realizar a gestão de uma carteira de clientes que atuam em segmentos mistos, seu foco será no retorno de investimento ao cliente, colaborar na melhoria de serviços e produtos junto às áreas internas da Trimble.


Como um Customer Experience, você fará parte de um time com grandes desafios no cenário nacional e internacional, iremos proporcionar a você um modelo de trabalho integrado.

Temos como principal objetivo implantar projetos de sucesso em nossos clientes e desenvolver estes clientes de forma consistente e lucrativa, onde juntos iremos escalar a receita recorrente e colaborar com os principais resultados da Trimble.


Além disso, você terá a oportunidade de participar de projetos estratégicos que podem transformar o modo como o mundo trabalha.


Confira as atividades que estão relacionadas ao cargo:1- Efetuar a implantação de novos projetos e gestão da carteira de clientes que atuam em segmentos mistos em todo território nacional.


2- Atuar com o time de Customer Experience no planejamento e elaborando estratégias de satisfação e fidelização a longo prazo.


  • Ser presente nos clientes e participativo nas ações mapeadas realizando frequentes imersões com foco em melhorias e inovação.


3- Trabalhar diretamente com as áreas internas no ciclo de resolução de problemas, garantindo a comunicação de forma rápida e eficaz.


  • Gerir os indicadores de performance individual, com foco na satisfação do cliente, criando oportunidades de upsell e cross sell, reverter possíveis cancelamentos e gerenciar renovação de contratos.
  • Planejar a apresentação de resultados para os clientes demonstrando as principais oportunidades de acordo com os serviços contratados.
  • Manter os cadastros dos clientes devidamente atualizados e com informações confiáveis para tomada de decisão.

Requisitos Obrigatórios:

  • Residir na cidade de Londrina ou região com disponibilidade para trabalho híbrido.
  • Possuir 3 (três) anos de experiência de trabalho com transportadores em empresas de carga, distribuição logística ou telemetria veicular.
  • Superior completo em administração, qualidade, logística ou relacionadas a gestão de clientes ou transportes.
  • Disponibilidade para viagens em todo território nacional.
  • Possuir CNH definitiva categoria B com habilidade para dirigir veículos.
