Seu principal produto é o Octadesk:
um sistema de chat-commerce (comércio por mensagens), que conecta as áreas de vendas e atendimento em tempo real, oferecendo aos gestores um melhor controle do time e, aos consumidores, a melhor experiência de compra possível.
Na Octadesk, a missão da pessoa SDR, ou Sales Development Representative, é ser o profissional da equipe de vendas responsável pela condução da primeira etapa do processo comercial.
É quem vai receber do time de inteligência comercial a lista de leads e fazer o máximo para se conectar com cada um deles.
Será responsável por fazer a prospecção e um primeiro diagnóstico dos Leads. O objetivo é passar apenas as oportunidades mais qualificadas para os vendedores darem continuidade na negociação.- Mapear contas em potencial em torno da estrutura organizacional, pessoas e tecnologia existente;
- Envolver e converter clientes em potencial por meio de diferentes canais - e-mail, redes sociais, telefone etc;
- Gerenciar e manter ferramentas de vendas online de forma eficaz;
- Gerar novas oportunidades de negócios para alimentar o pipeline de vendas;
- Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com a equipe de vendas para mover os clientes em potencial através do pipeline e com a equipe de marketing para envolver os clientes em potencial com campanhas de marketing interno;
- Atingir suas cotas mensais, gerando oportunidades qualificadas.
- Desejo de aprender e ter sucesso nas vendas de tecnologia;
