- Liderar o time técnico de dados da Superintendência.
- Fortalecer a cultura de dados na Superintendência.
- Executar atividades de gestão de pessoas: 1:1, desenvolvimento de carreira.
- Criar um ambiente propício para desenvolvimento profissional;
- Estimular que o time traga soluções de melhoria contínua para resolver os problemas de negócio;
- Controlar e garantir o processo de dados no desenvolvimento de produtos, desde a concepção até o acompanhamento dos resultados em produção e os seus indicadores (Upstream e Downstream);
- Parear com as Gerências da Superintendência, incluindo GPMs, Agilista de Tribo, PMs e com times cross de dados para entender os principais desafios do negócio e para seguir boas práticas do tema de dados e governança da organização;
- Parear com o Agilista de Tribo e/ou Agilista de Squad sempre quando necessário, para questões de evolução dos processos organizacionais que impactam a velocidade e autonomia dos times ágeis;
- Sugerir desafios de acordo com o perfil de cada profissional;
- Estimular a participação dos profissionais nas chapters e guildas de dados;
- Facilitar e desbloquear as atividades/tarefas dos profissionais de dados sempre quando necessário;
- Aplicar os recursos e ferramentas necessários para que o time consiga fazer o seu trabalho de acordo com as diretrizes criadas dos times cross de dados.
Requisitos e qualificações
- Formação: Especialização/MBA (concluído)
- Ter pensamento analítico no dia a dia;
- Ter resiliência, flexibilidade e agilidade;
- Ter boa comunicação e transparência;
- Saber fazer uma boa gestão do tempo;
- Saber transitar entre as áreas e exercer o poder de influência com foco em alcançar os objetivos em comum
- Boas práticas de data analytics, data engineer e data scientists;
- Liderança de pessoas
- Métodos ágeis, lean, kanban;
