Based on the business needs and deep understanding of employment scenarios in warehousing, develop employment plans and ensure employment compliance in business processes;2.
Based on the existing cooperation model of labor suppliers, establish and maintain a sustainable supplier cooperation relationship evaluation system;3.Explore new labor supplier resources, be responsible for regular communication with suppliers, promptly follow up and handle on-site emergencies, assess existing suppliers and replace incompetent suppliers according to supplier assessment rules;4.
Provide suppliers with compliant operational practices in employment, and promote continuous improvement in employment by suppliers;5.Regularly collect and research information related to peer companies and external labor markets and ensure the market competitiveness of SHEIN.
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree or above, at least 3 years of experience in outsourcing companies (labor suppliers) management;2. Familiar with the labor market, and having a deep understanding of flexible employment and business outsourcing;3. Proficient in using Excel/Word/PowerPoint, with strong writing skills;4. Having sense of teamwork, excellent data analysis skills, communication and coordination skills, and systematic problem-solving skills;5.
