Job Summary:

The Procurement Specialist will lead the development, implementation, and training on policies and procedures to the global procurement team. This role will support the global procurement daily operation by leading key performance indicators (KPIs), supplier relationship management (SRM), business continuity planning (BCP), and other related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to support global procurement operations, considering regional differences and best practices.
  • Map and optimize process flows from global procurement, aligning with other departments involved, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and execute training programs for the procurement organization, ensuring knowledge transfer and skill development.
  • Manage and track metrics from global procurement teams, including KPIs and savings.
  • Oversee procurement technology and associated master data, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Implement governance processes to ensure compliance and risk management.
  • Coordinate and lead global meetings and town halls, as required.
  • Support audit needs, including SOX, internal audit reports, and action plan tracking.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Category Management, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Desirable: MBA in Process Management.
  • Advanced/Fluent English language skills (writing and speaking).
  • Current knowledge of procurement global business improvement systems and their adaptation to regional contexts.
  • Lean Office Tools and Analytics skills.
  • Market research methods and procurement technology expertise.
