O Assistente Cirúrgico II é responsável por acompanhar cirurgias nas contas-chave em todo o território nacional, realizar visitas técnicas e suporte clínico especializado aos cirurgiões, equipe de enfermagem, equipe de instrumentação e pessoal circulante dos hospitais visitados e manter os clientes informados e treinados sobre os equipamentos, tecnologias e serviços da Johnson & Johnson Surgical Vision Brasil.


O Assistente Cirúrgico II deve garantir o correto alinhamento com a equipe de vendas e apoiá-los para atingir os objetivos de vendas e garantir a penetração no mercado, colocando grande ênfase no aumento da adoção de equipamentos que incluem todas as tecnologias representadas pela JJSV Brasil.

Esta função não é elegível para incentivos de vendas/comissões de vendas.

  • Principais atividades e
    Responsabilidades:
  • Acompanhar as cirurgias nas contas correntes e contas chave em todo o território nacional e manter os clientes informados e treinados sobre os equipamentos, tecnologias e serviços da JJSV.
  • Realizar visitas técnicas e suporte clínico especializado dos equipamentos aos cirurgiões, equipe de enfermagem, equipe de instrumentação e pessoal circulante dos hospitais visitados;
  • Realizar visitas de prospecção a clientes, identificando oportunidades de venda de equipamentos e reportando ao Director Regional e ao Director de Vendas de Capital;
  • Obter relatório técnico dos clientes aprovando ou reprovando a utilização dos equipamentos disponibilizados para avaliação (demonstração);
  • Participar em reuniões científicas com o objectivo de divulgar as principais características dos nossos equipamentos e tecnologias e suas aplicações.
  • Observar a utilização de todos os produtos utilizados no centro cirúrgico pelos clientes (sejam produtos JJSV ou concorrentes) e compartilhar as informações com a equipe de vendas nos locais visitados;
  • Reportar no sistema/ferramenta apropriada qual itinerário foi realizado durante a semana;
  • Realizar apresentações de equipamentos e tecnologias com foco no cliente e na tecnologia, diferenciandoos das tecnologias concorrentes e fornecendo ao cliente insights exclusivos;
  • Realizar apresentações e pacotes de equipamentos e serviços centrados no cliente.
  • Colaborar com outros departamentos da empresa, captando e disponibilizando informações que possam impactar o negócio, sejam elas informações de mercado, concorrentes, entre outras.
  • Realiza serviços de assistência técnica aos equipamentos da JJSV para garantir a sua efectiva utilização;
  • Criar e desenvolver relações fortes com os clientes, incluindo, mas não limitado a, médicos, enfermeiros, técnicos, compras e pessoal administrativo.
  • Manter registos de todas as actividades/visitas planeadas e executadas e dos resultados para os clientes na plataforma CRM
  • Actuar de acordo com os regulamentos, políticas, procedimentos e normas do país e da empresa.
  • Tornar a experiência do cliente única em relação à JJSV, gerindo e conhecendo as suas expectativas e necessidades, trabalhando com colegas e áreas de apoio para promover um elevado nível de serviço e soluções inovadoras, bem como partilhar as melhores práticas para acrescentar valor aos clientes
  • Manterse a par das instruções de utilização dos produtos/equipamentos da empresa, das melhores práticas e da resolução de problemas técnicos, bem como da literatura científica clínica relevante e de informações sobre novos produtos/equipamentos
  • Manter a compostura e concentrarse na resolução de problemas durante interacções stressantes
  • Efectuar trabalho administrativo, incluindo a gestão da documentação da conta, requisitos de formação de conformidade, relatórios de despesas, frota segura, de acordo com as directrizes da empresa
  • Aplicar os conhecimentos de apoio às vendas, a carteira de equipamentos e o conhecimento dos clientes para melhorar os resultados pósvenda
  • Orientar e ajudar os cirurgiões no bloco operatório através dos seus conhecimentos clínicos e dos produtos.
  • Colaborar com a gestão de contas do território, acompanhando o equipamento e os activos da empresa.
  • Efectuar análises de dados em ferramentas fornecidas pela empresa para identificar as necessidades dos clientes e as oportunidades de venda de equipamento;
  • Criar e desenvolver relações com os clientes afectados através de um acompanhamento regular e eficaz, quer pessoalmente, quer por telefone, correio electrónico e videoconferência;
  • Ter um conhecimento profundo da prática clínica e cirúrgica da oftalmologia, assegurando uma forte ligação e relação de confiança com os HCP e KOL;
