SEU PAPEL

Desenvolver, implementar e gerenciar o portfólio de produtos da unidade de negócio ISS; Maximizar as vendas junto ao time comercial, apoiando os gerentes de contas em visitas e discussões técnicas de produto; Servir de elo entre as várias áreas da empresa no que diz respeito a um produto: P&D, Regulatório, Produção, Comercial, Suporte, Qualidade e Produção; Responsabilidade pelo produto na sua totalidade, definindo e monitorando KPI's como ciclo de vida do produto, performance de volume, faturamento e CM1; Envolvimento com Pipeline de Clientes, orientando no direcionamento da resposta ao cliente, contribuindo com o time técnico na seleção e desenvolvimento do melhor produto baseado em critérios técnicos e comerciais.

REQUISITOS

Graduação em Eng. Alimentos, Química, Marketing ou correlacionadas Inglês Avançado para conversação (OBRIGATÓRIO) Vasta experiência e conhecimento do portifólio de ingredientes Perfil colaborativo e com orientação para resultados Habilidades de comunicação, análise de dados e priorização Viés comercial e estratégico
