While we focus on soft skills and offer training in hard skills, you must meet our requirements:

  • Proficiency in C1/C2 English (writing and speaking).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in back-office and customer service roles.
  • Availability to work Monday - Friday 9AM - 6 PM in US time zones (PST, MST, CST, and/or EST).
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Skilled in customer service.
  • Excellent telephone manner and service-oriented email writing abilities.
  • Quick grasp of new tools and software.
  • Equipped home office with stable internet and necessary tech specifications.
  • Preferably a university graduate or graduating within the next 12 months; extensive experience can substitute for a degree.
  • Any insurance experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

BONUS: Experience in accounting, finance, insurance services, or as an administrative/executive assistant is highly valued by us.

IT IS IMPORTANT TO KEEP IN MIND that all roles involve customer service tasks (making or receiving calls). We need individuals comfortable with such responsibilities, but rest assured, it is not excessive - we are not a call center.

About Us:

Elevate Teams is a US recruitment firm aiding independent insurance agencies in expanding their teams with our pre-trained teammates (that's you). We support their back-office and customer service operations to enhance customer service and facilitate growth.

We provide our bilingual teammates in Latin America (fluent in Spanish and English) with remote work placements focused on insurance assistance.

Our HR team offers paid training to prepare new teammates for their insurance careers, and our Customer Success Managers ensure smooth work placements.

About the Training & Job:

If you are selected, you will join our insurance training program. A 4-week paid training via Zoom will educate you on the insurance industry, agency management systems like AMS 360, Applied Epic, and Hawksoft, and industry-specific admin and customer service tasks.

After training, your profile will be presented to clients for interviews and potential long-term placements. Please note, there may be a wait before placement. Once assigned, you will assist in admin & customer service tasks like:

  • Updating customer information in the agency management system.
  • Responding to customer emails and calls.
  • Coordinating with carriers for policy information.
  • Issuing insurance documents.
  • Handling proposals, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Maintaining files and documents per guidelines.
  • Communicating with customers regarding policy matters.
  • Performing other relevant duties as needed.

About the Pay & Benefits:

  • Starting pay at US$4/hr
  • Increment to US$5/hr after 12 months with the client.
  • Further raise to US$6/hr after 24 months.
  • Subsequent pay hikes with each work anniversary.
  • Potential for significant annual bonuses.
