Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership: Build strong relationships with leaders to understand their business needs and provide tailored HR solutions.
  • Talent Acquisition: Ensure the recruitment and onboarding process for both leadership and staff positions, ensuring a high-quality talent pipeline.
  • Employee Development: Support employee development through performance management, succession planning, and training initiatives.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement, recognizing achievements, and addressing employee concerns.
  • HR Operations: Collaborate with other HR areas to ensure efficient administration of HR processes (e.g., payroll, benefits, training).
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Expat Management: Provide support to expatriates throughout their assignment, including visa processing, relocation, and cultural orientation.
  • Internal Communications: Partner with the Communications team to develop and implement effective internal communication strategies.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience in a human resources business partner role.

• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets knowledge.

• Advance English is mandatory, Spanish is a plus.
