Job Description

  • We are looking for a Analytics and Sales Process Manager to join our team located in São Paulo.
  • The candidate will be in charge for operations KPI´s on D2C Sales
  • Must understand all the ecommerce practices, so can structure different analysis and reports in order to support business decision
  • The profile must be flexible, resilient, with a good analytical skill, in order to influence different company´s areas, looking for the best execution plan
  • Problem solve oriented, with a macro vision of business, will be responsible to analyze and report operational KPI´s such returns, cancelations, commission disputes among others.



Areas of Responsibilities in this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Will be responsible for analyze and interpreting data and transform it into action to be handled by Sales Op´s Team
  • Will be in charge for create reports and provide visibility to the sales areas regarding D2C operation.
  • Focal point for analysis, data interpretation, 3PD´s data integration among others.
  • Responsible for creating and defining internal processes in order to avoid financial losses.
  • Focal point for working on internal error investigations in order to mitigate errors.



Requirements

  • Bachelor´s dree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Production Engineering or related fields.
  • Operation Management, preferably experience in marketplaces, D2C and customer success areas.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret date to drive business decisions
  • Ability to manage multiple data and systems.
  • English Fluent/Advanced is mandatory. It is expected that around 50% of daily communication will be in English
  • Knowledge in Vtex, Tableu and Marketplace´s Platforms is a differential.
