RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES

  • Conhecer e compreender o negócio de seus clientes, identificando oportunidades para oferecimento de produtos e soluções em DCM;
  • Realizar a prospecção de novos clientes, identificando oportunidades de negócios e estabelecendo contato com potenciais novos parceiros;
  • Conhecer o seu mercado de atuação, identificando e atuando em cliente potencias com seu book of business;
  • Visitar cliente da carteira para retenção, cross-sell e upsell;
  • Executar e controlar as atividades dentro do CRM para cumprir metas estabelecidas no planejamento estratégico;
  • Elaborar planejamento estratégico de vendas mensal da carteira ativa conforme potencial do cliente;
  • Negociar os termos da venda, incluindo preço, prazo de entrega, forma de pagamento e outras condições, buscando sempre a satisfação do cliente e o atingimento das metas de vendas e sempre de acordo com a política de precificação da QI Tech;
  • Realizar pesquisas de mercado para identificar possibilidades de vendas;
  • Prestar atendimento aos clientes, esclarecendo dúvidas, fornecendo informações adicionais sobre produtos e serviços e mantendo um relacionamento de longo prazo com eles;
  • Elaborar propostas comerciais personalizadas para cada cliente, apresentando soluções que atendam às suas necessidades e expectativas;
  • Realizar gestão de pós-venda, verificando se o cliente está satisfeito com o produto ou serviço adquirido, identificando possíveis problemas e buscando soluções para eles.



REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES

  • Disponibilidade para atuar no formato presencial em Pinheiros - SP
  • Formação superior completa;
  • Experiência com software de CRM;
  • Experiência com vendas de serviços de tecnologia;
  • Experiência com vendas de serviços financeiros (diferencial);
  • Forte habilidade de comunicação e resolução de problemas;
  • Capacidade de multitarefa e trabalhar em um ambiente acelerado;
