O(a) profissional será responsável por liderar a equipe de executivos de relacionamento, definir e implementar processos, analisar dados e otimizar métricas. Além disso, apoiará a diretoria de operações com informações relevantes sobre o mercado e organizará o departamento, garantido uma operação eficiente e de excelência.

Suas principais responsabilidades:

  • Gestão de equipe: implementará processos claros e eficientes; realizará reuniões de acompanhando de 1x1 para acompanhar o time apoiando o desempenho individual e auxiliará na criação de PDIs eficientes e que alavanque o potencial dos colaboradores.
  • Operacional: garantirá o uso correto e eficaz das ferramentas de CRM; implementará automações; revisará e desenvolverá processos do time.
  • Inteligência de Mercado: extrairá dados e analisará para gerar relatórios gerenciais; analisará relatórios e dashboards para identificar oportunidades e ameaças e com base nesses daos realizará apresentações a diretoria.


Competências Técnicas:

  • Liderança e governança de equipes.
  • Definição e implementação de processos comerciais.
  • Proficiência em ferramentas de CRM- Sales force.
  • Análise avançada de dados.
  • Excel avançado.
  • Desenvolvimento de dashboards e relatórios de desempenho.
  • Realizar apresentações.


Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Graduação completa: em Administração, Marketing, Engenharia ou áreas relacionadas.
  • Idioma: espanhol ou inglês avançado.


Desejável:

  • Pós-graduação ou MBA em Gestão Comercial, Gestão de Pessoas, Análise de Dados e Business Intelligence, Customer Success ou áreas afins.
