Role mission (Specialist level)
Boost funnel conversion through conversational AI: design, run, and optimize sales bots (text/voice) operating on WhatsApp and voice channels, integrated with our stack (n8n, HubSpot, Treble, ElevenLabs). You will define the conversational strategy, craft prompts/scripts, set guardrails, and instrument metrics to reduce friction, speed up responses, and scale self-service.
What you will do
- Architect and evolve sales bots (text/voice): conversational design, scripts, personas, prompt engineering, tool use, and safety/guardrails.
- Orchestrate channels and integrations (e.g., WhatsApp via Treble, voice via ElevenLabs), webhooks, and automations in n8n; govern contacts/stages in HubSpot.
- Measure and improve continuously: instrument events, build dashboards, run A/B tests and weekly tunings to remove funnel friction.
- Map conversational bottlenecks (uncovered intents, confusion, tool failures) and prioritize a backlog focused on impact.
- Define bot SLO/SLA, fallback policies, and smooth handoff to humans with clear activation criteria.
- Document flows, decisions, and learnings in a simple, reusable way; work closely with Operations and Product for end-to-end execution.
Must-haves
- Hands-on experience building/operating production conversational bots (WhatsApp and/or voice) focused on revenue or support.
- SQL for data collection/transformation and funnel analysis; experiment design and metric reading.
- Bot quality evaluation: intents, coverage, testing, deflection analysis, guardrails, and safety.
- Clear technical communication and an operational mindset (solve end-to-end problems at high cadence).
Nice to haves
Experience with:
- n8n (flows, integrations, webhooks).
- HubSpot (pipelines, automations, contacts).
- Treble (WhatsApp).
- ElevenLabs (voice).
- LLMOps practices (prompt versioning, offline evals, conversation regression tests).
- CRM, lead scoring, and multivariate testing.
- Git and good logging/observability practices.
How we measure success
- Stage-by-stage conversion and average time to convert.
- Self-service rate and reduction of manual touches per lead.
- Bot SLA/SLO, handoff/deflection rate (avoidable vs. unavoidable), and time to human contact.
- Flow failure rate and MTTR (mean time to recovery).
