Nossos principais serviços incluem:

Assessoria Comercial: Estruturamos e melhoramos o setor comercial dos provedores, focando em vendas e retenção de clientes.

Produção de Vídeos: Já criamos mais de 700 vídeos para nossos clientes, ajudando-os a comunicar melhor seus serviços.

Marketing: Assessoria em branding e comunicação, gestão de tráfego pago e gestão de redes sociais.

Desenvolvimento de Sites e Marcas: Desenvolvemos mais de 500 sites e lançamos mais de 100 marcas, garantindo uma presença digital forte.

Tecnologia: Temos nossa própria plataforma de inteligência em vendas para melhorar a performance comercial.

Delipe Educação: Implantamos a cultura comercial no provedor através de estratégias e treinamentos, tanto presenciais quanto internos.


FUNÇÃO E RESPONSABILIDADES:

• Realizar reuniões de briefing com os clientes, compreendendo suas metas, objetivos e visão do projeto;

• Colaborar com as equipes internas para desenvolver estratégias de marketing digital eficazes e personalizadas;

• Gerenciar expectativas do cliente, fornecendo orientações realistas sobre prazos e resultados esperados;

• Garantir uma comunicação clara e contínua entre o cliente e as equipes internas;

• Acompanhar o progresso do projeto, fornecendo atualizações regulares e buscando feedback do cliente;

• Identificar oportunidades de crescimento e apresentar soluções inovadoras aos clientes.


REQUISITOS:

• Experiência comprovada em atendimento ao cliente na área de publicidade ou marketing digital;

• Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita;

• Capacidade de conduzir reuniões;

• Desejável conhecimento em tráfego pago (Facebook ADS e Google ADS);

• Habilidade em gerenciar expectativas do cliente e trabalhar em um ambiente acelerado;

• Domínio em Pacote Office.
