Responsibilities and Accountabilities of the Role:

  • Plan and set policies, objectives, and goals for commercial area segments
  • Supervise and control commercial activities
  • Oversee market studies, segmentations, media use, customer profile identification, and campaigns
  • Manage promotional activities, sales, deliveries, and related analyses
  • Gather and compile data to support decision-making
  • Participate in research and sector performance monitoring
  • Systematize processes and analyze sector indicators
  • Propose improvements based on technical data and results
  • Prepare and present reports, maps, graphs, and other visual data
  • Monitor and review sales indicators
  • Engage in sales techniques training
  • Represent the company at fairs and conferences.


Essential:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commercial Management or related fields


Desirable:

  • Advanced proficiency in English
  • Advanced proficiency in Spanish
  • Knowledge of Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
