Missão:

Estamos em busca de um Analista Administrativo de Vendas para auxiliar a equipe de vendas em suas atividades diárias e garantir que todos os processos administrativos e controles internos sejam executados de maneira eficiente e precisa. Essa pessoa será responsável por fornecer suporte administrativo, realizar controles operacionais e manter a organização dos documentos e relatórios de vendas.


Principais Atividades:

Apoiar a equipe de vendas com tarefas administrativas.

Realizar o controle e conferência de pedidos, contratos e faturas, garantindo a conformidade com as políticas da empresa.

Monitorar, organizar e atualizar documentos e relatórios de vendas, assegurando que todas as informações estejam atualizadas e acessíveis.

Colaborar com os times de finanças e operações para manter os controles internos atualizados.

Manter o pipeline de vendas atualizado com informações precisas sobre clientes, leads e transações.

Elaborar relatórios regulares sobre status de vendas, controle de metas e desempenho da equipe.

Resolver dúvidas administrativas relacionadas a pedidos e contratos.


Habilidades Necessárias:

  • Graduação em Administração, Contabilidade, Economia ou áreas relacionadas.
  • Experiência anterior com suporte administrativo e controle de processos em áreas de vendas ou correlatas.
  • Conhecimento avançado em Excel e familiaridade com sistemas de CRM (Salesforce, etc.).
  • Habilidades analíticas para monitoramento e análise de dados de vendas.
  • Forte capacidade de organização e atenção aos detalhes.
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita, com habilidade para trabalhar em equipe.
  • Desejável: Inglês intermediário

  • Experiência prévia no setor de varejo ou e-commerce.
  • Fortes habilidades de comunicação, com a capacidade de trabalhar de forma eficaz em equipes multidisciplinares.
  • Habilidades de resolução de problemas e pensamento analítico.
  • Conhecimento em análise de dados.
