HireStakes is currently hiring for Casino Manager based in São Paulo for a regulated iGaming operator.


Responsibilities:

  • Run the full online casino offering: slots, table games, live casino, and new releases.
  • Plan and deliver promotions that boost acquisition, retention, and player value.
  • Work with content aggregators and game providers on sourcing and integration.
  • Track and report key metrics such as NGR, ARPU, retention, and session activity.
  • Ensure all activity meets regulations rules and internal responsible gaming standards.
  • Partner with CRM and VIP teams to create personalised player journeys.


Requirement:

  • At least 2 years of online casino management experience.
  • Strong understanding of casino games, player lifecycle, and promotional tools.
  • Experience in regulated markets Strong stakeholder and cross-team collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, casino back-office tools, and BI platforms.
  • Commercially focused, data-smart, and committed to great player experiences.
  • Creative, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
