As atividades desenvolvidas pelo(a) estagiário(a) serão: Responsabilidades Estágio: Apoiar na gestão de contas, entendendo as necessidades, desafios e objetivos dos clientes; Identificar pontos de risco e oportunidades nos clientes; Monitorar o progresso dos clientes e garantir que obtenham sucesso; Participar de reuniões recorrentes e ajudar a analisar indicadores de desempenho e construir planos de ação personalizados para garantir o sucesso contínuo dos clientes; Compartilhar tutoriais e convidar clientes para webinars e treinamentos que os ajudem a utilizar as plataformas em todo seu potencial; Auxiliar a elaborar e executar estratégias de expansão; Trabalhar proativamente para garantir a renovação bem-sucedida dos contratos e a continuidade do relacionamento com os clientes.
