Oportunidade aberta para SDR/ Pré-vendas em modelo Integral, presencial e CLT na região do Jabaquara em São Paulo, SP.
Procuramos por um (a) profissional orientado (a) para resultados, com perfil enérgico, resiliente, organizado e pró-ativo e que ama gerar novos negócios
A pessoa será responsável por atuar diretamente na identificação, prospecção e qualificação de potenciais clientes, com o objetivo de gerar oportunidades para os executivos de venda das soluções.

Quais serão suas atividades:
- Gerar listas e prospectar contas frias (outbound) via ligação, e-mail ou redes sociais;
- Enriquecer e qualificar os leads preenchendo dados relevantes no CRM;
- Nutrir e aquecer o lead com informações relevantes à ele no funil;
- Registrar no CRM todas interações e próximas etapas planejadas com cada lead;
- Seguir cadência de follow-up rigorosamente;
- Aplicar abordagem consultiva de vendas;
- Agendar reunião online e visitas presenciais para fechamento da venda entre o lead e executivos de contas;
- Elaborar e-mails de prospecção com técnicas de copywriting;
- Interagir com as áreas de vendas e marketing sobre o comportamento dos leads;
- Participar de treinamentos e mentorias de desenvolvimento profissional;
- Ser proativo (a) em apontar melhorias nos processos da área e da empresa;
- Gerar relatórios e ser altamente orientado (a) aos KPIs da área;
- Ser aberto (a) à feedbacks e buscar melhorias constantemente.
O que você precisa ter:
- Fácil acesso à região de Jabaquara, Zona Sul, São Paulo/ SP;
- Nível Superior completo ou cursando
- Experiência mínima de 2 anos na área de vendas como vendedor ou SDR;
- Ter utilizado um ou mais CRM's por no mínimo 2 anos;
- Experiência com vendas de serviços para o mercado B2B;
- Histórico de resultados da área comercial;
- Conhecimento do processo de vendas: geração e qualificação de leads, funil de pré-vendas e vendas, conversões, perfil ideal de cliente etc;
- Desejável cursos na área de vendas e conhecimento de Receita Previsível, BANT e GPTC;
- Comunicação perfeita (escrita e verbal);
- Resiliência e Proatividade;
- Capacidade de influenciar pessoas;
Remuneração:
- Fixo CLT de R$ 2.500
- Comissão: 0,5% sobre as vendas que partirem das reuniões agendadas. Somente para equipamentos URO/GASTRO.
- Bônus por % de meta batida
