Junior to Associate Level

Location: São Paulo, Brazil

Prior Experience in Saas/ Software Industry is preferred

Language: Fluent in English & Portuguese; Professional proficiency in Spanish


Role

We are looking for an ambitious Growth Partnership Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will build and manage prospect relationships to drive revenue for SleekFlow. A vital part of this opportunity is partnering with the Customer Success and Product team to ensure the quality and quantity of sales pipeline.


Responsibilities

  • Handle our sales conversion process for Small & Medium Businesses
  • Developing and managing relationships within our Commercial segment with customers in the LATAM region.
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied and reference-able customers
  • Research and build >40 "cold accounts" (i.e.: adding contacts, sending emails, cold calling) everyday
  • Support our inbound and outbound sales teams in closing enterprise clients
  • Qualify leads and nurture them through the initial stages of the buyer journeys
  • Handle inbound tickets
  • Document all interactions and findings with leads in our CRM, and create a seamless handoff process to Account Executives
  • Involve in our International Market Expansion
  • Work with our sales teams, customer support, partnership and training team in Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, UAE and oversee the market launch project
  • Ability to stay up to date in the SaaS landscape and demonstrate our platform value


Requirements

  • Minimum 1 years of outbound sales or sales development experience (selling over the phone, cold calling), preferably B2B at a software company
  • Profound academic background from top-notch universities
  • Extensive experience selling to customers in the LATAM region
  • Consistently over-achieved quota (top 5-10% of the company) in past positions
  • Fluency in English is a MUST
  • Previous Experience in a startup is preferred


Desired Skills

  • Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous Sales Methodology training preferred.
  • CRM (e.g. Hubspot) & marketing experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Strong customer references
  • Strong computer skills, including CRM, Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
