In this role you will: (responsibilities) The Operational Manager is responsible for the overall operations of the country, including delivery, strategic planning and optimization.Responsibilities:. Plan and deliver organizational objectives, ensuring efficiency, productivity and customer experience. Develop, implement, and optimize operational strategies and procedures. Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics, driving improvements. Manage the team, including hiring, performance management and development.. Manage operational budget, resources, and operational expenses. Acknowledge receipt of project-related activities, gather requirements, plan team assignment and coordinate delivery. Identify and mitigate operational risks.
