In this role you will: The Operational Manager is responsible for the overall operations of the country, including delivery, strategic planning and optimization. Responsibilities: . Plan and deliver organizational objectives, ensuring efficiency, productivity and customer experience . Develop, implement, and optimize operational strategies and procedures . Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence . Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics, driving improvements . Manage the team, including hiring, performance management and development. . Manage operational budget, resources, and operational expenses . Acknowledge receipt of project-related activities, gather requirements, plan team assignment and coordinate delivery . Identify and mitigate operational risks . Oversee the implementation of new technologies and systems to enhance operational efficiency Competencies: . Deep expertise in operational management and process design .
