Responsabilidades


  • Atuar em conferências de vendas e captação de clientes, conduzindo apresentações de serviços através de plataformas como Meet, Teams ou Zoom. Interagir com potenciais clientes, abordando tanto aspectos técnicos quanto comerciais, com o objetivo de demonstrar como as soluções da empresa podem trazer benefícios para eles.
  • Trabalhar de forma independente e como membro vital na equipe de vendas.
  • Colaborar na elaboração e execução da estratégia comercial, em parceria com o CEO
  • Desenvolver uma visão de vendas focada no mercado smb de modo estratégico e data-driven.
  • Desenvolver planos e estratégias adaptáveis para lidar com as mudanças do mercado e garantir o sucesso contínuo das vendas.
  • Identificar e prospectar empresas que se encaixem no perfil de cliente ideal da empresa. Isso pode envolver pesquisa de mercado, uso de ferramentas de prospecção e networking para encontrar potenciais clientes.
  • Agendar e conduzir reuniões com leads qualificados para entender melhor suas necessidades, apresentar soluções personalizadas e avançar no processo de vendas.
  • Conduzir negociações com os clientes em potencial, buscando fechar acordos vantajosos para ambas as partes. Isso pode envolver a discussão de preços, condições de pagamento, prazos de entrega e outros termos contratuais.
  • Após a conclusão da venda, fornecer suporte contínuo ao cliente para garantir sua satisfação e manter um relacionamento positivo. Isso pode incluir o acompanhamento de pedidos, resolução de problemas e identificação de oportunidades adicionais de venda.


Requisitos


  • Ter atuado com liderança de times.
  • Experiência com mercado de tecnologia, SaaS.
  • Conhecimento em estratégias de vendas B2B.
  • Experiencia em vendas SMB
