Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager - BRASIL. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, fostering customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role will involve identifying business opportunities, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and providing sales support. The Regional Sales Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams and report to the Sales Director.


Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development skills
  • Minimum 5 years in Experience in managing key accounts and fostering customer relationships with channel partners
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willing to travel frequently
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese
  • Experience in the Professional AV - Security or Building Management Systems is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
