Main responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential prospects through outreach automation tools
  • Effectively respond to inbound messages through platforms like LinkedIn, maintaining professional and persuasive communication to advance the sales cycle.
  • Schedule and coordinate effective calls with prospects to generate qualified sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to generate qualified leads and support the sales cycle.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and communication with prospects using our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide feedback to continually improve lead generation and sales strategies.
  • Stay updated on market trends and best practices in sales and marketing to maximize success in the role.


The Ideal Candidate Should Have:

  • Previous experience of at least 1 year in a similar role as a Sales Development Representative (SDR).
  • Demonstrated experience in working with marketing agencies or in the marketing sector.
  • Ability to effectively respond to inbound messages through platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Ability to schedule and coordinate effective calls with prospects.
  • Proficiency in the English language, with fluent writing and advanced conversation skills.
  • Familiarity or previous experience with outreach automation tools
