  • Experience in project management and consumer sales management

Responsibilities

  • Organizational construction and management capabilities, based on channel Model, structure and customer organizational structure, insight into and refine key business control points, build a competitive and efficient channel sales organization, and manage, train and empower the team.
  • Be able to lead the process architecture design, optimization or Adaptation, and enable business success through processes, digital tools, and systematic solutions for capacity building.
  • Risk management capabilities, able to lead the identification of risks, have strong communication influence, and drive business goals to be achieved.
