The Director of Shared Services ensures the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective services that support the organization’s goals and objectives. More importantly, they will help us create and foster a culture of collaboration, learning, urgency, and impact across the teams.


Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of all shared services functions, ensuring they meet service level agreements and key performance indicators
  • Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of shared services.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing shared services team.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
  • Ensure ongoing training and professional development opportunities for team members.
  • Responsible for recruiting and onboarding new talent
  • Collaborate closely with US-based department leaders

Stakeholder Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for shared services issues and concerns.
  • Collaborate with other senior leaders to align shared services with organizational needs.
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance service delivery.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with shared services operations.
  • Implement and maintain effective internal controls.

Administrative Management:

  • Manage the office space
  • Facilitate payroll


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role within shared services or a related area.
  • Fluent English
