inplayBet is a rapidly growing online sportsbook and casino dedicated to providing top-tier betting experiences in Brazil. We are seeking a seasoned Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager to expand our reach and impact in the Brazilian market and beyond. This role is critical for driving traffic to our platform through strategic affiliate partnerships, focusing exclusively on a revenue share (Rev Share) model.


Role Overview:

The Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our affiliate marketing program. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in the iGaming industry and a deep understanding of the LATAM market, with a focus on Brazil.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the affiliate marketing strategy with a focus on revenue share agreements to enhance traffic and player acquisition.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners while nurturing existing relationships to optimize their performance.
  • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance to measure effectiveness and profitability.
  • Negotiate and finalize deals with affiliates in alignment with our strategic goals and budget.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to create campaigns that align with the overall marketing strategy and maximize affiliate potential.
  • Stay updated with trends in affiliate marketing and iGaming industry best practices to keep our program competitive and innovative.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations and maintain ethical marketing practices.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Affiliate Marketing Manager within the iGaming industry, specifically in Brazil or LATAM markets.
  • Strong understanding of the affiliate marketing landscape and digital marketing channels with a proven track record in driving successful affiliate campaigns.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision making and problem-solving.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Portuguese is highly advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with reporting and data analysis tools.
