Role Description
This is a full-time remote role as a Customer Success Manager at Variance Marketing®. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing data to improve customer retention, building relationships with customers, and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong customer satisfaction and customer retention skills
- Analytical skills to analyze data and identify areas for improvement
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience in a customer success or similar role is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the service industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- English Level Requirement: EXPERT
