Role Description

This is a full-time remote role as a Customer Success Manager at Variance Marketing®. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing data to improve customer retention, building relationships with customers, and providing exceptional customer service.


Qualifications

  • Strong customer satisfaction and customer retention skills
  • Analytical skills to analyze data and identify areas for improvement
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience in a customer success or similar role is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the service industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • English Level Requirement: EXPERT
