We are breaking down barriers to the mass adoption of electric vehicles, focusing on motorcycles. Our subscription-based rental packages, supported by a network of proprietary battery swap stations, is revolutionizing transportation in São Paulo, Brazil. With hundreds of users completing thousands of battery swaps weekly, our platform is thriving.
Role Description
The professional will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across various digital platforms, covering all stages of the marketing funnel – from top (awareness) to bottom (conversion) and in charge of one of the key metrics for the company: CAC. You will shape the strategies and operations that drive our rapid expansion of leads, and qualified leads, to provide the success in our sales funnel.
As we prepare to deploy thousands of electric vehicles onto the streets, this position is both challenging and crucial. We are looking for a top performer in paid media to take on this responsibility.
Also, we don't want someone who will only apply what has worked in previous companies, but someone who is open to understand our challenges and adapt the strategy accordingly. We are eager to test and use new technologies such as AI to improve our performance, so we want someone with the right hacker mentality, open to driving new paths.

Here is what you will be doing
- Process Creation: Plan and implement our firsts paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, among others.
- Growth Strategies: Develop segmentation and targeting strategies to reach specific audiences at different stages of the marketing funnel.
- System Setups: Create and optimize ads to minimize CAC and maximize ROI and LTV including writing compelling copy and selecting effective visual creatives.
- Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data analysis tools to provide insights and recommendations.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests for continuous optimization of ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
- Process Optimization: Manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation to maximize results and keep our CAC goals.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance to real-time performance tracking and present results to the leadership team with suggestions for improvement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: collaborate with content/design, and sales teams to ensure campaign cohesion and effectiveness.
- New Technologies Testing: Up-to-date knowledge of new technologies and trends in Digital Marketing to improve campaign performance, specially AI ones.
Who are we looking for?
- Experience: At least 4 years in paid media roles, with a proven track record in driving significant results/efficiency (ROI, CAC, conversions etc)
- Startup Experience: Demonstrated success in high-autonomy roles at startups, building and testing performance strategies, preferentially from the ground up.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills to interpret data, provide actionable insights, and prove hypotheses with data.
- Tools Proficiency: Expertise with essential paid media tools, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Analytics. CRM and SEO experience is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate effectively with peers and leadership
- Hands-On Approach: Comfortable engaging directly with potential customers to gain deep insights and understand the story behind the numbers.
- Independent and Curious, Hacker Mentality: Ability to build and test solutions independently without relying on other teams.
- Process Development: Proven track record of creating and implementing paid media plans and results
- Digital Marketing Metrics Knowledge: Strong understanding of paid media metrics (all funnel, from CPL to CAC and LTV) and KPIs to drive informed decision-making.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in all platforms, google analytics, pixel setup and app track; knowledge in SQL and AI tools is a plus.
