The Opportunity

This position works in the Human Resources organization, specifically in the Learning and Development department.

As a Learning and Development Training Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and executing training programs within responsible countries to make the best use of employees' current and future abilities.

You will oversee training delivery and operations activities with responsible countries, ensuring they are conducted efficiently, cost-effectively, and in accordance with the organization's policies and standards.

You will work as an individual contributor, bringing comprehensive knowledge in the training and development area, and be a self-starter professional who can work with limited supervision but keeps management informed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training programs that meet the organization's learning needs.
  • Support sourcing, evaluating, and tracking third-party training vendors and programs.
  • Maintain and analyze organization and individual training metrics to monitor the effectiveness of internal and external training programs.
  • Provide guidance to employees about the organization's training programs and policies.
  • Coordinate delivery and operations activities to ensure training programs are delivered with high-quality resources.

Qualifications

Education Level: Bachelor's Degree

Major/Field of Study: HR, General Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience/Background:

  • 3-5 years of training operations experience.
  • 3 years of project management experience.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and SharePoint.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and service orientation skills.

Position Details:

  • Travel 10%.
  • Full-Time.
