The Learning and Development Manager at Bring IT is responsible for designing, delivering, and managing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees across all levels of the organization. This role involves assessing training needs, developing curriculum, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs to ensure alignment with Bring IT's strategic goals.

This role demands daily business interactions and maintaining constant alignment with Bring IT's mission, culture, and core values. The Learning and Development Manager will encourage continuous growth and development within the team, showcasing initiative and sound judgment in the absence of specific direction from management. Building strong relationships with all team members, both internally and externally, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive training programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge, fostering continuous growth and development.
  • Ensure training programs are current, relevant, and engaging, incorporating feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve training content.
  • Partner with department heads to develop and monitor onboarding plans for managers and above.
  • Design and conduct leadership training for the organization.
  • Track and analyze training outcomes to measure program success and ROI.
  • Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures, applicable laws, and regulations.
  • Design management training for new managers.
  • Oversee the organization's platform, assigning, reporting, and making recommendations on related training.
  • Partner with department heads to identify individual and departmental training needs.
  • Conduct training sessions using diverse methods, including classroom instruction, e-learning, role-playing, and simulations.

Required Skills:

  • 5-10 years of experience or a bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an L&D Manager or similar role in a Professional Services consulting firm or SaaS Technology.
  • Experience designing and implementing successful training programs.
  • Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design models.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Continuous knowledge of Professional Services.
  • Comfort with complexity, ambiguity, and change.
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and/or Portuguese.

This role is based in the Sao Paulo Office and offers a hybrid work environment.
