The Learning and Development Manager at Bring IT is responsible for designing, delivering, and managing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees. This role involves assessing training needs, developing curriculum, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs to ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designs and builds content for comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Ensures training programs are current, relevant, and engaging, incorporating feedback from participants and stakeholders.
  • Partners with department heads to develop and monitor onboarding plans for managers and above.
  • Designs and conducts leadership training for the organization.
  • Tracks and analyzes training outcomes to measure program success and ROI.
  • Maintains accurate training records and documentation.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience or a bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an L&D Manager or similar role in a Professional Services consulting firm or SaaS Technology.
  • Experience designing and implementing successful training programs.
  • Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design models.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Continuous knowledge of Professional Services.
  • Comfort with complexity, ambiguity, and change.
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
