About the Role:

As a Desktop Support Technician you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for providing technical assistance to endusers resolving hardware and software issues and ensuring the smooth operation of their systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to client support requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues including networking problems.
  • Installing and maintaining computer hardware peripherals operating systems and software applications.
  • Providing technical training and support to endusers.
  • Documenting and resolving technical issues effectively.
  • Ordering and managing IT supplies.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer or Support Technician.
  • Advanced knowledge of computer hardware systems chipsets memory modules and peripherals.
  • Proficiency in popular operating systems software applications and remote connection systems.
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel and work after hours when necessary.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English.
