Learning Experience Creator We're seeking a seasoned Learning Experience Creator to develop innovative, engaging learning solutions using agile design approaches. This role involves creating content across various modalities and tools, ensuring continuous learning and performance support concepts are applied. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in the learning development field, with expertise in eLearning tools like Captivate, Articulate 360, and Synthesia. They should also have knowledge of Learning Management Systems and graphic design principles. To succeed, the Learning Experience Creator will focus on personal development, elevate professional knowledge, and improve ADP learning design standards. They will work collaboratively, delivering at epic scale, and giving back to others through ADP's Philanthropic Foundation.
