Sua missão será: - Operar relacionamentos com clientes com base em processos sólidos e organizados; - Relatar diariamente KPIs para equipe interna e para Publishers parceiros; - Resolver, ou encaminhar a resolução, de problemas com base nos KPIs; - Gerenciar a implantação e a integração de novos clientes; - Treinar clientes na plataforma, incentivar a adoção de novos recursos e fornecer feedback interno sobre as necessidades dos clientes; - Fazer interface com as equipes Financeira e Jurídica referente a faturamentos, contratos etc. Requirements: Experiência em gerenciamento de contas em publicidade online, preferencialmente em vídeo online; Fortes habilidades analíticas e paixão por criar insights a partir de relatórios; Conhecimento básico em programática; Conhecimento básico em html, css, javascript, experiência em servidor de anúncios (tag/script, estrutura de rede de anúncios, gerenciamento de campanhas); Domínio do português nativo; Conhecimento de inglês nível intermediário; Grande paixão, atenção aos detalhes e orientação para soluções; Habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita; confiança para apresentar aos clientes.
