Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Support Agent (German and English) at EverHelp by Genesis. The Customer Support Agent will handle daily customer inquiries, provide exceptional customer satisfaction, and troubleshoot issues. The agent will communicate effectively in both German and English to deliver top-notch customer support and service. Qualifications Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer SatisfactionStrong Communication skills in both German and EnglishExperience in Troubleshooting and resolving customer issuesExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and remotelyPrevious experience in a similar role is a plusBachelor’s degree in a related field is beneficial
