Requisitos Obrigatórios:
- Ensino superior em andamento ou completo.
- Inglês intermediário.
- Experiência em NVOCC e Agentes de Carga/FFW (Produto Marítimo LCL).
Estamos em busca de um Customer Service para se juntar à nossa equipe Comercial na Filial de Curitiba. Imprescindível a experiência no mercado nacional para integrar nossa equipe e contribuir com o crescimento e desenvolvimento da nossa empresa.

Principais responsabilidades:
Responsável pelo atendimento pós-venda, garantindo a eficiência do processo e promovendo a interação entre clientes externos (clientes, agentes e fornecedores) e os departamentos internos, proporcionando um atendimento de excelência, além de assegurar ou superior a rentabilidade conforme previsto na negociação realizada pelo Comercial.
- Atuar na análise e resolução de questões pós-vendas, promovendo a intermediação entre clientes, agentes, fornecedores e departamentos internos, garantindo que todos os envolvidos recebam as informações corretas e que os processos sejam realizados de forma eficiente.
- Ser responsável por análise e tratamento em caso de alterações no processo/dados de carga pós-vendas (atualização de cotações/recálculo, análise/aceite de determinado tipo de carga e ajuste/atualização em sistema);
- Analisar e tratar divergência de valores (divergência de valores no processo de venda que envolva cliente/cotação e/ou agente/invoice e ajuste/atualização em sistema);
- Responsável por organizar e acompanhar a coleta da carga até porto de embarque (transporte rodoviário LTL/dedicado);
