The Marketing team at Braze is looking for a Global ABM Campaign Manager to develop and execute account-based marketing campaigns across multiple regions and industries. This role will report to the Director, Global Strategic Marketing & ABM, and will collaborate closely with regional teams to ensure alignment and execution of ABM strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth among priority accounts.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Report on ABM programs that span regions, focusing on Retail, Financial Services, and other cross-region programs
Build and maintain global ABM playbooks to standardize best practices across regions
Align with regional teams on ABM best practices and implement standardized approaches where appropriate
Provide execution and planning support for EMEA and AMER regions, ensuring alignment with local strategies
Develop and execute 1:few campaign plans in collaboration with regional counterparts to drive targeted engagement
Advise and support the execution of 1:many campaign plans, ensuring they align with overall ABM objectives
Collaborate with regional counterparts to solicit insights and feedback from Sales on ABM initiatives to refine strategies
Prepare and submit requests for campaign promotions and deliverables, including digital assets, content, web, and marketing operations
Build 6Sense segments and reports to enhance targeting and measurement of campaign effectiveness
Create personalized campaign assets tailored to specific accounts and segments
Conduct research on new campaigns under evaluation and provide recommendations on campaign mix and strategy based on regional activities
Review and provide insights on campaign performance post-launch, identifying areas for improvement
Own the strategy and execution of GSA 1:few industry programs, specifically in CPG, Retail, and Media & Entertainment
WHO YOU ARE
Proven track record of building and executing enterprise marketing motions across various channels, including events, email marketing, direct mail, and digital media
Expertise in tools used for ABM (6Sense, Mutiny, Sendoso, etc) and advanced audience segmentation, personalization, and targeting
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams
History of building collaborative relationships with sales teams that fuel the success of ABM initiatives
Data-driven marketer who has built programs that achieved defined goals and measurable ROI
5+ years of experience in Demand Generation, with at least 3+ years focused on ABM for enterprise/strategic accounts in a SaaS organization
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
Passionate about driving team success and eager to learn and grow within the ABM field
