Required Skills 3-5 years of experience in an IT support role (desktop support)Strong experience supporting and troubleshooting Mac OS and PC hardwareExperience supporting VPN end user configuration and troubleshootingExperience supporting web conferencing and email issuesExperience with Active Directory (AD)Customer service focused mind-set, strong written and verbal English communicationDesired SkillsCompTIA, Microsoft, Apple or ITIL CertifiedAWS VDI creationExpert understanding of the Microsoft stack of applications (Microsoft O365, Microsoft Teams), Windows Operating Systems (Windows 10/11), Active Directory Administration, Group Policies, Microsoft Exchange Online, SharePoint administration, etc.Day-to-DayInsight Global is looking for a Desktop Support Admin (level II) to join remotely in Brazil. The desktop support admin will be responsible for providing professional and efficient desktop support and customer care in a medium-large-sized enterprise environment. This individual will resolve around 5-8 Active Directory tickets daily to support issues including but not limited to; PC/Windows OS and Apple/Mac OS troubleshooting, VPN troubleshooting and end-user configuration, and web conferencing (Teams, Webex, Zoom) and email (Outlook, Gmail) issues for end-users in North America. The ideal candidate will have had previous experience supporting both PC and Apple products and have a customer service driven mindset.CompensationThis position is targeting candidates at a calculated pay range between 53- 63 Brazilian Reals per hour for the duration of the 6 month Contract to Hire position.
