Brazil, Rio de JaneiroHybridFull-timeMiddleWe keep growing in Brazil, and right now we’re looking for a professional who will join our Business Development team This professional will be responsible for improving business performance aiming regional growth.ResponsibilitiesGrowing business in Brazil with main KPIs of the ride-hailing business of inDrive: Rides, GMV, NetRev.Daily track of main business KPIs: identifying gaps/increases, generating insights/hypotheses & testing them aiming to improve general business performance;Monitoring and improving customer satisfaction metrics by addressing customer concerns and feedback;Gather and analyze data using: Google Spreadsheets, tableau, Data Studio;Supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies to build and strengthen the brand in the local market.QualificationsAnalytical mindset, experience in working and analyzing data;Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets;Fluent English;Experience in CustDev marketing research and field surveys;Well-structured approach to problem-solving, ability to generate hypotheses and test them quickly;Goal-oriented, proactive with solid communication skills, and very self-dependent;Knowledge and experience in project management, business development, and/or product development;Ability to conduct MVP;Readiness for business trips inside the country (20-25%) and overseas (rarely);Experience in aggregators or marketplaces (B2C and B2B) will be a strong advantage.Conditions & BenefitsMedical insurance;Dental Insurance;Daily meal allowance;Opportunity for advancement and upward mobility within the organization, allowing for increased levels of responsibility and growth within the company;Hybrid or remote work mode;Partially or fully paid additional training courses, including English classes, regular external and internal training.#J-18808-Ljbffr
