Local: Híbrido – 2x, Morumbi, São Paulo – SP A Avantti Tecnologia está em busca de um(a) Techno-Functional Analyst para atuar em suporte de produção (Production Support) em ambiente Workday.O(a) profissional será responsável por realizar análises de negócios e dados, levantamento e documentação de requisitos, desenho funcional, além de atuar como especialista funcional (SME) na configuração Workday.Também será responsável por revisar casos de teste, manter catálogos de conhecimento e respostas, assegurando padronização e qualidade nas entregas.Requisitos:Realizar análises funcionais e técnicas de incidentes e demandas de suporte;Apoiar as equipes de negócio e tecnologia na identificação e resolução de problemas no ambiente Workday;Revisar e validar casos de teste, garantindo a conformidade dos requisitos e entregas;Manter a base de conhecimento atualizada, incluindo catálogos e respostas padronizadas;Documentar requisitos funcionais, configurações e melhores práticas;Atuar em conjunto com times locais e internacionais para garantir a continuidade operacional e o alinhamento global. RequisitosExperiência sólida em suporte de produção (nível funcional e técnico);Conhecimento avançado em Workday, incluindo análise e configuração;Capacidade de revisar, validar e documentar casos de teste;Experiência em documentação funcional e gestão de base de conhecimento;Inglês avançado (escrito e falado).
