Team Overview

We are seeking a Senior Researcher with a strong background in consumer behavior, market research, or psychology to lead strategic insight initiatives in a multicultural, fast-paced, and highly dynamic environment.

This role will lead the execution of user research, including direct interaction with users, and drive proactive initiatives for continuous customer feedback. By incorporating competitor analysis and market trend identification, the researcher will generate insights into user behavior, preferences, and needs — fueling product innovation, experience improvements, and business growth.

Role Responsibilities
  • Design and conduct consumer behavior research (qualitative and quantitative), including interviews, surveys, concept testing, and market analysis.
  • Translate research findings into strategic recommendations for product, operations, and customer service teams.
  • Act as a cultural bridge between Brazil and international teams (especially China), ensuring effective communication and alignment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Operations, CX, Growth, etc.) to drive evidence-based decision-making.
Role Qualifications
  • Degree in Psychology, Business, Marketing, Social Sciences, Behavioral Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Consumer Insights, Market Research, or Behavioral Research.
  • Strong ability to synthesize data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and Portuguese; English is a strong plus.
  • Excellent intercultural communication skills and ability to thrive in global/multicultural environments.
  • Willingness and availability to travel as required.
