Responsabilidades:

  • Garantir que a estratégia corporativa seja traduzida em iniciativas de transformação acionáveis.
  • Liderar equipes multifuncionais para incorporar a transformação em todas as áreas de negócios, garantindo alinhamento com os objetivos de longo prazo da empresa.
  • Criar roteiros que conectem objetivos estratégicos a resultados mensuráveis.
  • Supervisionar e liderar iniciativas de transformação digital e sustentabilidade.
  • Trabalhar de perto com partes interessadas-chave para melhorar a eficiência operacional e aprimorar a experiência do cliente por meio de soluções digitais inovadoras.
  • Monitorar as tendências do setor para garantir que a empresa permaneça competitiva na adoção de práticas sustentáveis e tecnologias digitais.
  • Implementar metodologias ágeis e frameworks de transformação para garantir flexibilidade, inovação e capacidade de resposta dentro da organização.
  • Impulsionar a mudança contínua, garantindo que os processos empresariais e a tecnologia estejam otimizados para eficiência e escalabilidade.
  • Liderar o redesenho de processos internos, particularmente em funções de back-office, para aumentar a produtividade e a eficiência operacional.
  • Promover uma cultura de melhoria contínua aplicando metodologias como Lean e Six Sigma para identificar e eliminar ineficiências.
  • Engajar e equipar equipes para adotarem novas tecnologias e métodos de trabalho durante iniciativas de transformação.
  • Desenvolver e oferecer programas de treinamento para construir uma força de trabalho mais ágil, inovadora e adaptativa.
  • Promover uma cultura de colaboração, inovação e responsabilidade.
  • Equilibrar a necessidade de eficiência operacional com a inovação contínua, explorando tecnologias emergentes e novos modelos de negócios.
  • Colaborar com as unidades de negócios para pilotar novas iniciativas e identificar oportunidades para escalar inovações bem-sucedidas.

 

Requisitos/Conhecimentos Obrigatórios:

  • Superior completo em Administração de Empresas, Sistema da Informação, Engenharia, ou áreas correlatas;
  • MBA ou área relacionada é altamente desejável;
  • Experiência em transformação empresarial, digitalização ou liderança de mudança organizacional;
  • Histórico comprovado de liderança em iniciativas de transformação em grande escala em várias unidades de negócios;
  • Forte compreensão de tecnologias digitais e processos operacionais, com a capacidade de integrar ambos para o sucesso empresarial;
  • Experiência em trabalhar com a liderança sênior para alinhar iniciativas de transformação à estratégia corporativa;
  • Experiência demonstrada com frameworks ágeis, gestão de mudanças e metodologias de otimização de processos;
  • Inglês avançado/Fluente: conversão, leitura e escrita;
  • Certificações em metodologias ágeis (por exemplo, Certified Scrum Master, Agile Certified Practitioner);
  • Certificação Lean Six Sigma é altamente desejável;
  • Certificação PMP (Project Management Professional) ou similar é uma vantagem.
