**Introduction**

**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Dominar conceitos da plataforma Salesforce, processos de Sales Cloud e de Service Cloud.
- Possuir capacidade de síntese, boa comunicação e interação com cliente.
- Dominar modelagem de dados e raciocínio lógico.
- Dominar mapeamento de requisitos funcionais e não-funcionais
- Dominar desenho de processos, casos de uso e cenários de uso
- Saber construir histórias de usuários e priorização de backlog.
- Conhecimento em projetos ágeis (Kanban ou Scrum).
- Negociar soluções com a área de negócio que atendam as melhores práticas Salesforce.
- Conhecimento em indústria.
