Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Sales Consultant to join our team at IBM. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Your Role

In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their goals. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Client Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.

  • Sales Process Management: Overseeing the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, to ensure timely and successful delivery of IBM's industry-leading solutions.

  • Tech Sales Success: Demonstrated success in technology sales, particularly in acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Demonstrated success in technology sales, particularly in acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships.

  • Strong business acumen and effective communication skills to articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

  • An understanding of the KSA market dynamics, buyer behavior, and trends to stay ahead of the competition.

  • 5+ years practical complex selling experience in the software industry preferably in Integration, B2B & API technologies.

  • Familiarity with Business Infrastructure concepts and technologies (API, SOA, Microservices, ESB, SOAP/REST, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, GCP, AWS).
