About the job
- Strategically lead marketing initiatives to promote Danone’s brands and products within the Brazilian market, driving growth and enhancing consumer engagement.
- Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies and campaigns, including digital marketing, to drive brand and business growth.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to understand the Brazilian consumer’s needs, preferences, and trends, adapting strategies as necessary.
- Collaborate closely with the sales, product development, and supply teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and efficient product launches.
- Manage and oversee the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation towards activities that yield the highest ROI.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and stakeholders to support marketing objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance, leveraging data and analytics to inform future marketing strategies.
- Stay abreast of the competitive landscape and industry trends, adapting marketing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

About you
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Marketing experience, with in a leadership role, preferably within the CPG or FMCG sectors.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate consumer insights and market trends into actionable strategies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, proficient in both Portuguese and English.
- Deep understanding of the Brazilian consumer market and the ability to navigate its unique challenges and opportunities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Availability to work on a hybrid model and come to our office at Paulista Av. (SP).
