Company, a leading jewelry store management software company, is seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive sales in the US market. This full-time role involves selling our advanced software solutions to jewelry stores, with a focus on generating new business and maintaining client relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Activities**:

- Conduct cold calls, demos, and follow-ups to generate and close sales.
- Handle objections and close deals effectively.
- Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Experience**:5-10 years in B2B sales, preferably in software industries.
- **Skills**:Fluent in English with mínimal accent, experienced with CRMs and sales tools.
- **Traits**:Self-motivated, confident, and resilient to rejection.

**Compensation and Hiring Models**:

- **Salary**:USD base + 10% commissions of sales
